EXTREMELY Rare - Tommy The Movie T Shirt and Jeans

This item is so rare you probably never even knew they existed!!!

These jeans & shirt were merchandised to the public through K mart in 1975 to advertise the movie Tommy, starring Elton John as the Pinball Wizard and Roger Daltrey as Tommy. With amazing metallic embroidery on the bells of each pant leg. TOMMY The Movie has copyright symbol sewn on too.

There were no "brand" tags of any sort sewn into either the Shirt or the Jeans. The Shirt has writing under the Tommy Logo copyright 1975 the Robert Stigwood Organization, Ltd. Robert Stigwood was a Producer of the film. I have sold 3 pairs of these jeans and have never seen this t shirt. These are one of the ultimate movie memorabilia finds ever! Belongs in a Hard Rock Cafe on Display. Framed on the wall.

I purchased directly from original owner. Story is her Cool Aunt came to visit and took her to see the Movie and then to Kmart and bought her this outfit. She only wore it a few times.

These are true indigo denim, soft lightweight.
These jeans are 70's high waisted.

Amazing embroidery - I took lots of photos to show the detail and bright colors. You can see the texture in "Tommy" with white and silver metallic thread pops out in 3D. I included a photo of the scene from the movie depicted on these jeans.
All the white stitching includes a silver metallic thread.
No smells or odors.
Light signs of wear.
Jeans are still flat from being in a drawer for 47 years.

The Shirt is soft cotton. The shirt is fitted cut in at the waist and bells out at the hips.
Scoop neckline.
Short sleeves.
Shirt is clean. Only signs of wear are on the back right lower section. Has tiny holes and a snag. See last photo with red circle.

Both items have been Professionally Cleaned and Pressed by Vintage specialist. They are ready to wear right out of the box.

Measurements taken flat: No size tag so please go by measurements for proper fit.

Inseam: 31" Note the hem is 1" and doubled for total of 2" when folded over. So you could open up for additional length if needed.
